Helloworld Travel Lismore and Ballina want to thank you for all your patience and understanding during this incredibly difficult time. Understanding your concerns is paramount and we want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to receive the best outcome for all our valued clients. The Travel industry is inundated with constant policy changes with cruise suspensions, flight cancellations and border closures. Our suppliers dictate how any changes/refunds are handled and every airline, hotel, tour operator, cruise lines etc have a different policy.
We are working around the clock to ensure we attend to each and every one of your current and future bookings affected by COVID-19 and each booking is being worked on in order based on earliest departure date and clients currently away that need to return to Australia ASAP.
As I am sure you understand – most airlines, accommodation, cruise and tour operators have put waivers in place for bookings up to 30th June 2020.
Therefore, any bookings beyond this date will have a new policy in place that we will look at closer to date. Due to the very high call volume that suppliers and airlines are receiving they have asked us to please avoid calling them unless your booking is within 7 days of departure. This makes it very difficult for us to give you the exact answers if your reservation is departing in May or beyond, please bear with us during this time.
Remaining open is our highest priority and while allowed we will be in the office.
If advised of a full lockdown situation we will have constant access from home.
